As we continue to improve and progress, we are thrilled to announce that this year we will be upgrading our packaging! Though we have always lived in our mission of delivering joy in visible results through plant rich and nutrient dense skincare, we know that there is always room for improvement.
With a change like this, we know that questions will inevitably bubble up. To help with transparency, we put together these FAQs that should fill in the blanks.
What has changed?
- We have updated to environmentally friendly and elegant packaging that reflects the potency and purity of our formulas. Cleansers and scrubs are now packaged in easier to use, and travel with BPA-Free Eco Tubes made from sustainably farmed cane sugar. Creams and serums are now in luxurious recycled and recyclable heavy wall glass and porcelain.
- The names of many of our products have been updated to make it easier for you to select and purchase based on what you want for your skin instead of needing to know what an ingredient does.
- The labels have been updated to reflect our commitment to Visible Results with Plant Rich, Nutrient Dense formulas. They are beautiful, engaging, friendly, and designed to bring joy to your shelf.
Have the formulas I love changed?
No, we would never do that. All the formulas you love are exactly the same as before. We’ve only changed and improved the packages they come in as well as some of the names to key in on the benefits.
If you’re looking for overall skin rejuvenation, lean into the collection with prickly pear cactus. The Rejuvenating Cleanser Concentrate, Rejuvenating Face Mist, Life Force Serum, and Rescue Cream are some of our favorites.
How will I know which product is the product I already love?
On the Sia Botanics website, every product that underwent a name change will have its previous name in parenthesis. We encourage you to use the search function on the website. Here, you can easily search for a specific product using either name.
For instance, if you’re looking for a dramatic skin tone evening + texture resurfacing serum, you can search for either C+ Lemon Peel Serum or Brightening Serum for the same result.
What if I can’t find a product I like?
Unfortunately, a few products are no longer available (even one of Christina’s favorites). On the upside, we will be introducing several amazing new products that will be released over the next few months.
